Foot reading workshops

This exciting workshop begins with a group talk on foot reading (what it is, how it works etc) followed by a one-to-one session in a private room. Each session includes an individual reading, some gentle touch reflexology and an in-depth discussion about your current state of mind. At the end of the reading, I introduce an affirmation card to help you challenge your subconscious beliefs and respond better to events in your everyday life. Foot reading gives a very accurate picture of your emotional health and is useful at those times when you have difficulty making important decisions or feel stuck in any aspect of your life.

reiki workshops & courses

My next “Reiki 1” course is coming soon!

Reiki 1 is suitable for you if you wish to lay the foundations on your reiki learning path . We will be learning about Usui Reiki level 1 and you will be provided with an overview of the history of Reiki plus practical exercises on self healing techniques as well as how to offer Reiki to friends and family members. Course fee includes training manual, training materials, assessment and certification. This face to face small group workshop takes place at The Pamper Pod in Brighton. Cost to attend is £225 per person.

Dates: 21 & 22 March 2026. 10am - 3pm each day

Location: The Pamper Pod, Brighton

Reiki 2 Training will take place on 16 & 17 March 2026

Cost to attend is £275. You must have previously completed Reiki 1 training in order to attend.

This course is suitable for anyone wishing to become a Reiki Practitioner, and introduces the symbols which amplify your practice. Over the 2 days you will gain practical experience on working hands on with clients and on completion will be qualified to add Reiki to your portfolio.
